Of course, all is not fun and games. As you will see, there are some sad moments in my life that I would love to forget as well. But as they say, once you live through these things, you simply cannot unlive them. Some facts seem too wild to be true, but I swear they are. Some of the names may have been changed to protect the guilty. I am sure the medical community will not like much of what I say in the book, so I better remain healthy now, or else my next book just might be my obituary. As far as recommendations you read from some of the experts, such as diet and exercise, I tried to follow them as well as I could. But as you will see, it really didn’t help me. I hope you find the book as fun and informative as my family has and that you will have a good positive experience with I Am Joe’s Heart “Attack.” I hope you enjoy . . . Joe
